JEWELLERY CLEANING
Yellow gold, white gold, silver and platinum jewellery can all be cleaned while you wait. Alternatively, you can purchase a 3-year Cleaning Plan for £99 which entitles you to unlimited polishing and rhodium plating for 5 items per time as often as you want.
DIAMOND PASSPORT
This document allows the customer to enjoy a lifetime of complimentary care, including free ring sizing, cleaning, claw re-tipping, and where applicable rhodium plating.
REPAIRS
We offer a twice-weekly jewellery repair service despatching every Mon & Wed. Most jewellery repair work is completed within 72 hours of sending and we offer everything from chain & bracelet repair to claw re-tipping and platinum sizing by laser.
TRADE INS
We’re happy to look at any trade in whether it’s a watch against jewellery or vice versa, or perhaps you’ve inherited some jewellery that isn’t needed nor wanted. Settlement can by cash or wire transfer.
WATCH REFURBISHING
If your Omega, Cartier, Rolex or any treasured timepiece is looking a bit scratched and tired, bring it in for a full refurb, which includes polishing/ sanitising the bracelet & case as necessary, deep ultrasonic bath, and finished off with a steam clean. Prices from £45. Please ask for details.
