Excellent customer service from Mhairi today. My gold bracelet was thoroughly cleaned , having been worn constantly for 17 years. Gleaming like new for a very reasonable price! My diamond ring , with huge sentimental value, was thoroughly cleaned an looks incredible too. Mhairi inspected the ring and advised that, due to its age, the claws would benefit from being extended to secure the stones and was extremely helpful and professional in arranging this service. I would highly recommend this place to anyone needing advice on their jewellery.
